Dr Priyanka Chaudhary did her Graduation in the year 1997, Post-Graduation with English Literature in 1999 and PhD in 2003. She has an experience of more than 17 years in various Academic & Engineering colleges, and Universities, including her 6 years with MUJ. She has good experience in research that includes supervising Ph.D. scholars, teaching English Literature, administrative responsibilities, attending and organizing various types of workshops, preparation of curriculum for UG and PG levels and various cultural and community related activities. She has achieved good academic accomplishments including convening the first Scopus-indexed International Conference in SHSS in March 2021.
She has academic experiences including serving as a Dissertation Coordinator, School Examination Coordinator for SHSS, and Coordinator of many workshops. She is also a Member of the Board of Studies (BOS) at MUJ and other Universities. She has been the coordinator for the international cultural exchange program, Explore India, run in collaboration with Lancaster University, United Kingdom for 2 years, 2018 and 2019. She has delivered invited lectures at in some of the best institutes and Universities and has been a Resource Person and has chaired the sessions at International Conferences. She is also serving as a paper setter and a member of student Doctoral Committee and thesis evaluator at other universities. She has also completed many FDPs, NPTEL, MOOC courses, short term courses and refresher courses. She has been honored with the Jewel of India Award and Certificate of Education Excellence in 2015 for educating rural area women in remote areas of the Jhunjhunu district. Four scholars have been awarded PhD under her supervision so far. She has two book publications and various research papers to her credit. Her areas of interest are Cultural Studies, Critical Literary Theories and South Asian Writings.
