The event started by the welcome address from the director SEEC. The attendees, Teaching and Non-teaching staff of SEEC, got benefitted from Sister BK Ekta ji’s knowledge about the triggers of stress, preventive measures, and actions to be taken to control and mitigate stress. The event concluded successfully by a vote of thanks from director SEEC.
