Professional Affiliations & Contributions

• Awarded scholarship by Embassy of France to pursue her Double Masters in French in Université d’Orléans, France in 2006. She was also the recipient of scholarship offered by Embassy of France for participation in the training programs in France in 2008 & 2010. 
• The High Commission of Canada awarded scholarship “Doctoral Student Research Award” in 2011-12 for pursuing doctoral research in French in University of Montreal, Québec, Canada.
• Participated in several International / National conferences. Her area of interest in teaching and research includes French literature, Quebec literature, Methodology of teaching French as a foreign language. She is also guiding research at PhD level in French. She has a good command over French, Spanish and English languages.
• Member of Association of Teachers of French in India, Indian Association of Canadian Studies, Indian Association of Teachers of French etc.
