B.Tech. - Mechatronics Engineering program at Manipal University Jaipur is a multidisciplinary domain of engineering with emphasis on mechanical, electronics, instrumentation, and electrical systems. It also includes a combination of artificial intelligence, robotics, automation, computer programming and manufacturing processes.

B.Tech. - Mechatronics Engineering program at MUJ is designed to keep in mind the industrial requirement for engineers with multidisciplinary abilities. It allows graduates to learn about microprocessors and microcontrollers, robotics, programmable logic controller, sensors, automation, instrumentation, and electrical systems & drives. The course curriculum of the B.Tech. - Mechatronics Engineering program is based on  outcome-based education system and it covers theoretical concepts as well as practical skills.

Additionally, students are exposed to experiential learning and project-based learning which helps to enhance their technical as well as personal growth. We have completely revised our curriculum to adopt and align our program with the foundational tenets of the new National Education Policy 2020 developed by the Government of India.  With 160 semester credits over eight semesters, we offer our students a wide variety of technology, basic sciences, and humanities courses. With ample hands-on laboratory and project experience, coupled with focus areas in the latest computational fields, we train our student to not only become well-qualified engineering, but also high-achieving Global Leaders.

  • PSO-2: Apply concepts of circuit analysis, analog and digital electronics, controls, electric drives, instrumentation, power electronics, machine learning and artificial intelligence for automation of robotics and mechatronic systems. 
  • PSO-3: Use/Using the principles of solid mechanics, fluid mechanics, strength of materials, advanced functional materials and manufacturing processes to design, manufacture, and commissioning of mechatronics systems.
