Prof Dhaka bags more than 18 years of enriching experience in Academia and Industry. He received PhD (Computer Science) in 2010 from Dr BRA University Agra. He has showcased his excellent administrative and research skills at various key positions such as HOD, Dean(Academics) and Principal prior to becoming a member of MUJ family in 2016.
He became founder Head of Dept of CCE in 2017 and lead the department grow from 73 students, 6 faculty members to more than 1000 students and 36 Faculty Members. He had been given additional responsibility of Director E-Cell in 2019, where he brought vibrance through various activities. Some milestones he achieved are:

- Students won prizes at International and National Levels
- Consultancy Project by NVS - Govt. of India
- Numerous incubation MOUs and Industry Collaborations
His research interests are Medical Imaging, Pattern Recognition, Applications of Machine Learning, AI and Computer Vision. He has more than 100 research papers published in SCI/SCOPUS indexed Journals. He has already supervised 14 Ph.D. thesis and 11 M.Tech. dissertations, and currently supervising 07 Ph.D. thesis. He has delivered several invited talks and expert lectures at national and international platforms and chaired/co-chaired various technical sessions in many conferences of high repute.
