IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

 

To fill the online Application Form, preferably use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari browsers, using the following Guidelines:

  1. Fill in the complete Application Form.
  2. Provide all the information and ensure you meet the required eligibility, as on date of submission of the application form.
  3. No section should be left blank. Please write ‘Not Applicable (NA)/Nil’ if the information sought does not apply to you. Put 0(Zero) for number fields. 
  4. Incomplete applications are liable for rejection.
  5. In case you wish to apply for more than one Stream/Department/Specialization, separate application(s), should be made.
  6. Mandatory fields are marked as '*’ (star).
  7. The maximum size of the photo (use JPEG, PNG format) to be uploaded is 200KB. Please upload the latest scanned passport size photo only.
  8. The first  and second page of the online Application Form will collect your basic information. As you move to the third page,  Application Number will be promted and this application number will be used as  login-id for further login.
  9. Please note that once you have moved from the second page, you cannot go back to it. However, you can move further and back from third page onwards.
  10. If the online Application Form does not respond even after 20 minutes, you have to login again to complete the Application Form.
  11. Once the username and password are generated, you will have the option to edit the information until you press the ‘Submit’ button in the final stage.  
  12. To download the Application Form and Summay in pdf format, click the "Download Application Form" button at the end. 
  13. Print and sign the Application and Summary Form.

 

Attachments: Attach all documents mentioned in the Application and Summary Form, including self-attested copies of Certificates, Qualifications, 3 best journal papers, 3 Reference Letters, Experience Certificates, etc.  

 

Clearly mention on the envelope the post for which you are applying, along with Application number.
