OVERVIEW OF THE CLUB

IRC intends to serve the community by helping the students learn and understand how IR affects and influences their lives and those around them. Our mission is simply to work towards the development of international relations as a thought and for its education and awareness among the members of the community. 

IRC also aims at fostering conversation about IR on campus and beyond, through participation in policy discussions, conferences, publications, speaker series and social events. Our commitment towards the promotion of international relations and global affairs, both within and outside campus is consolidated by the motive of creating a platform where every individual can talk about what is happening around the world which is directly or indirectly, affecting our lives as we know it. This does not only build interest in IR, but also provides individuals with an opportunity to explore and build number of skills like problem-solving, public speaking and leadership which are essential in order to gain from and give back to the society.
